Once again hosting Oklahoma's Biggest & Best Pre 1840s Mountain Man Rendezvous at Woolaroc Museum & Wildlife Preserve. Nestled near the shore of Crystal Lake, this camp is one of the most beautiful of its kind, and the perfect setting for a trip back in time for some historical fun and adventure. The encampment has quickly became a favorite for traders & re-enactors from across the country. The encampment will be set up to recreate what a settlement of this type would have looked like. Come check out the people, the shopping of historical crafts, blacksmiths, black powder shooting, tomahawk throwing and lots of other activities that will be going on in the camp. You will also see demonstrations of trapping, weaving, cooking and more. Woolaroc is located in the beautiful Osage Hills of Oklahoma about 13 miles S.W. of Bartlesville, on Hwy 123. Gate admission into the Woolaroc Museum & Wildlife Preserve will not only get you all the park offers normally but will also include the rendezvous encampment. Tourist hours for the rendezvous are Thurs. (Oct. 3rd) - Sat. (Oct. 5th) from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
